Terminal Services added for more application bandwidth

Have a VPN server that works fine but on an application that is VB FoxPro

oriented it works slower then usual maybe because it requires more bandwidth

to run. Is it possible to install Terminal Services on the server with this

program installed to help increase speed and bandwidth? If so how do I

implement it to link to the VPN server and is it available to install as a

windows server component? Is there a service bulletin available to help me

with this situation?
