I ran Windows Defender and it gave me an all clear on my pc. Ran the Microsoft Safety Scanner and it found the software bundler:win32/outbrowse. It could only remove it partially. Indicated that Windows Defender could remove it. I ran Defender again with the same results, pc was clean. Ran the scanner again, and again same results. I don't know how to proceed. I'm not real pleased with Windows 10 or Defender right now.
