why is it that when I run a scan & I check to see quaranteed items, allowed items , or all detected , it shows nothing there ? the buttons for remove all , or allowed all are faded , so you couldn't even click on them if you wanted too !! not so sure this App is what I care to use , any help would be appreciated , tks, Patti
