Norton360 Detecting Virus From regsvr32.exe, what do I do?

So I have recently reset my PC, and have installed Windows 10. About 2 weeks later, Norton continuously is deleting a file called ragbo.dll. So I did a Full Scan of my computer to see where this was coming from, to find some kind of windows service to be the origin of this file. I tried searching online for a solution, but they are all for previous windows versions.
