Windows Defender will not work as it says I have another AV installed (I don't)

 

I uninstalled Bitdefender to use Windows defender.

 

I was using windows 10 when I uninstalled Bitdefender and have upgraded to the anniversary version. the problem carried over.

 

 

This has also happened on my laptop.

 

 

Advise please
