Many pop-ups when I open Edge- I have a virus and should call this number

When I click microsoft edge and open it and type name of web site and openned it. then a window pop-up asking me to click allow once or all the time. then when i open it many pop-ups came up asking to call a number because i have a virus in my system. then microsoft explore windows say that is not working. after that it closed the windows.
