WINDOWS DEFENDER ERROR

I am using ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS , VERSION 9.0.402.0

 

 

I put excluded files from scan on my ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS but Windows defender still not running.

 

 

Here is the files excluded from scanning on at ESET setup :

 

 

1. %ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender\MSASCui.exe

 

 

2. C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\*.*

Is there a file extension should I include on ESET STARTUP SCAN SECTION HERE?
