download problem

Hi All.. Hope someone can get this sorted for me.

 

I keep getting Security Alert; Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.

I have tried adjusting internet settings, and deleting all cookies, tuning off and on firewall. with no luck.

 

I am the only user onb the pc and running as administrator.

 

I really have run out of ideas,

 

Can anyone HELP..

What browser are you using kc and what is the url of the site you are downloading from?

Hi..

 

Browser AOL.. url is a Tesco Digital website, need driver to download music etc..

 

Immediate executable file removed

Do you have either Internet Explorer 7 (updated) or firefox available to you? I know nothing about security settings on AOL and you will need to wait for someone who does.

Yes I have IE 7 but still unable to download so must be something to do with Vista settings on PC and not with Aol

can you please tell us what Antivirus software your using, what firewall and what antispyware,

I have found way round the problem although not satisfactory. I used my other PC which has XP , and downloaded file and then transferred via email to Vista PC.. so now works .. What a mess but oK.
