I.E. is gone from my computer after window anniversery update.

I have tried to open I.E. from my program files and from icons, the little circle just spins a few seconds and stops. I tried system restore but all restore points are gone too. In programs and features I.E. has been erased. I tried to download it from Microsoft but it says I already have it if I am running windows 10 so it wont show the download. I have checked the store and it suggests that I "Try Microsoft Edge" and it doesn't even have I.E. Yesterday my computer said I have an unsupported browser many times.

 

I dislike Microsoft Edge. It doesn't even have my toolbars. I would like to uninstall it.

 

Can anyone give me a link to download I.E. 11? And then can I uninstall Edge?

 

BTW the last question I asked about this when I first started having problems and didn't have the complete info on this problem, was answered this way and no it is not the same computer:
