Good day. I recently reset my system to the factory defaults. Ever since then I have been trying to get security softwares on my laptop but they wouldn't install(That is for offline installers). When i then try to install online, they install quite alright but when i shut down my laptop and put it back on, all i see is a startup page with message, "preparing automatic repair" then the "diagnosing your PC" message. The annoying part of all these is that i then i have to restore my laptop to the last restore point(doesn't work always. Sometimes i have to do a factory reset again.) after it shows me a blue screen. I need help. Someone said my recovery could have been corrupt but i am trying not to believe that. Thank you. I run on windows 10 and my laptop is the HP starwars special edition an058ca.
