Windows Defender Error Code 0x80080017 "The Class is not Configured to Support Elevated Action"

Help, I tried to copy a .dll file but Windows Defender keeps interrupting me, so when i try to turn it off (Administrator>Turn on this app) it displays the error code 0x80080017 "The Class is not Configured to Support Elevated Action". I have read other articles about this but none really matches the scenario. Can someone please give me a solution?

 

 

 

P.S Yes, I am the Administrator
