As reported in my last question I still have the problem with error codes. The earlier code was 0x80072ee7, thjis has now become 0x80072ee2. I am a novice with computers. however, the problem stops me getting emails. the error code message reads. We can't connect to POP3.blueyonder.co.uk at the moment. Make sure you have a connection then try again later. Web pages are also affected with not displaying again with some several error codes.

 

The computer recently was upgraded to Windows 10 anniversary and the problems seem to start from that point Would it be the right thing to use the 'recovery' tool ?????? HELP
