I need your help cause the files are ex-large, and the text is too..

My Brothers files and folders are ex large even though I have them on small. He uses Vista which is another reason I am having a little difficulty. A few things to help you out

 

 

1.) It gets left on at night, is always hot, and an older model Dell

 

 

2.) I did a scan last night, but that was the first scan 6 months.

 

 

3.) Both diagnostic and scan were good.

 

 

I need your help cause the files are still ex-large, and the text
