Defender taking a long time to remove a virus

This is twofold. One, for some reason every time I reboot (W10 pro) I lose all things Google. Chrome goes away and needs to be reinstalled. Drive doesn't start, have to do it manually. Any Google apps pinned to the task bar are gone, although they are there and think they are in fact pinned, I have to unpin and pin again. Now, this isn't the end of the world, takes all of 5 min to fix. But my concern was did I have some kind of virus/malware. So I ran Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware and found nothing. I then ran a full scan from Defender and came up with 3 infections.

That's fine, but its taking now almost 30 min to move past this. I need to go out for a few hours so I'll see if this changes, but I wanted to get peoples thoughts on this entire situation to see what you think.
