Photobucket Tech Scam with Microsoft page in background

Sometimes when I go to Photobucket.

I get a Photobucket page for a brief moment then it redirects me to some kind of Tech scam with audio.

 

I have Malwarebytes.

Updated and did a full scan many times.

Zero threats detected.

 

Microsoft Security Essentials.

Updated and did a full scan many times.

Zero threats detected.

 

This only happens when I go to Photobucket.

It happens sometimes, Not all the time.

And it does not matter what Photobucket page it is.
