Today, my daughter's Surface stopped working a a message popped up to call Microsoft because there was a problem. We called the number and ended up purchasing network protection from Pro-Care. I'm just realizing that this may not be legit. Does Microsoft have third party support or was this a complete scam? Does anyone have any experience with this company?
