Sir, when i perform full or quick scan, this potential threats are found. when i apply action to remove this threat, action gets succesfully completed but when i again scan my laptop" windows8.1 , 64 bit-operating system" using windows defender , the threat again comes.

 

How i can permanently remove this threat?
