Event Log Corrupt?

Following a server move to VMWare, the application logs don't show all the

relevant details and display:-

The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or

message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.

 

Security log is the same but system logs are fine. Any ideas please?

You may want to fix the event log following this link,

 

event viewer display no informationIf I open Event Viewer, click Application

or System, there is not information on the left panel. It is empty. These

are what I did. ...
