Opinions on a PC bundle please

I have purchased for my partner a secondhand (refurbished) and awaiting delivery an HP Dual Core 1.8GHz computer with 19" TFT screen + genuine XP with COA sticker on the case. 1Gb memory and 80GB SATA Disk. All cables, keyboard and mouse included. Tested by HP/MCSE Engineer with Windows service pack 3. Restore and drive disks included. Cleaned inside and out including all Heatsinks. All this for £199.

Do you consider I have done a good deal? Is there anything you think I should be aware of?

Did you get it from HP Mikey? If so it probably carries some form of warranty. Otherwise as long as it works well and gives you no problem then it seems like a pretty good deal. If it turns out to be a paperweight then perhaps not.:)

Yes, thats an ok price for a branded unit and LCD monitor.

 

Intel or AMD?

Tootech - Intel core 2 duo.

BeeCeeBee - bought off Ebay! Seller has 100% feedback over 733 sales - so I feel quite confident that it will be okay.
