Right Click on the small monitor icon on your tasK bar and select Open Networks connections. Then click on the wireless network connection and set it as below.

These are diagrams for XP but they should be about the same.

I am not familiar with the bt hub, but do you know if it is supposed to be a secure connection. Did your ISP (BT I assume) give you a wep or wpa key to enter in order to connect to the internet?

Do not assume that you do not need one because it works with your ethernet connection. That is the key designed to keep your neighbors etc. from logging on to your router. You may have to call your ISP or, if you received software with the router try seeing if itcontains a means of getting your web key.

Yea allready done that

I am not sure what you have done. The key I mentioned is a password that allows wireless connection to the internet through your router. The fact that you can "see" a connection to the router is not the issue.

Please click on start and then "run." Type cmd in the box that appears. A small black screen will appear, type "ipconfig/all"without the " marks and tell us what it say about your wireless connection. A screenshot would be helpful if you know how to do one.

To exit the screen type exit and then enter.
