Problem with windows explorer

I have two server with windows 2003. One is working as dns & other as nms

server. Both server are giving unique problem. All the icons on desktop are

disappearing & reappearing after every 15 secs. If I have opened any folder

in explorer window that also closes automatically, when desktop icons

disappears. when this icons comes back, explorer window has to be opened

again & any folder i want to open should be opened in these 15 secs before it

closes again.

For opening folders, i have found a solution - opening then through internet

explorer rather than through windows explorer.

I have also noticed through task manager-- processes, that explorer.exe is

automatically shuting down & restarting itself after every 15 secs.

Can someone help in resolving this problem?
