Disk drive not not recognized correctly.

I am trying to migrate to a new server using the a server migration tool. The

problem I have run into is it will not see my d: drive. It sees the c: and f:

drives no problem. Looking into this problem the disk management utility

shows the drive as not having a file system and 100% free space although

explorer shows there is 43gb used on this drive and it has been working fine

otherwise. The probelm of it not showing up is also happening in the defrag

utility that comes with windows. I ran the dmdiag utility and it shows the

drive letter to device name properly, but does not show a mount point.

 

The drive is a dynamic disk that works fine otherwise. Server has been in

use for 5 years without any issues.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated
