I've been using a Wireless Keyboard for a few months but have discovered that I cannot perform a complete Re-Install because the BOOT SCREEN only gives me 10 seconds to press a certain button (F11) to continue the install, I have tried to connect a wired keyboard but it just wont work!, although the scroll keys lights come on at the very beginning they go out and the keyboard will not function. I have tried Uninstalling everything to do with the wireless set-up but just cant get the thing to perform, so I cannot complete the Re-Install untill I solve this problem,Any help would be appreciated..ty

I suspect that your operating system has already been removed from your hard drive. If that is the case you may need to use an old stye PS2 connected keyboard for it to be recognised. A USB keyboard with a PS2 adapter may not be recognised either.
