Kernel32.dll error

Hi,

 

I have a box running Server 2000 with 2.4 Xeon Dual, 4 GB RAM, 6144 Pagefile

3072 on C and 3072 on D with 20 GB Free space on both. When I run defrag

from system32 I get the following error

 

Application popup: defrag.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry

point SetThreadUILanguage could not be located in the dynamic link library

KERNEL32.dll. Any thoughts?
