kernel error

Hi,

 

I have a box on Windows 2000 server with 2.4GHZ Dual Xeon CPUs, 4GB RAM, 250

GB HD, 6144 Pagefile 3072 on C and 3072 on D. If I run defrag.exe from

system32 I get the following error.

 

Application popup: defrag.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry

point SetThreadUILanguage could not be located in the dynamic link library

KERNEL32.dll.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
