Custom Remote Desktop

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so if not please direct

me to the correct place.

 

I have a .Net application & would like the following scenario if possible.

 

I would like to give the users of my system the ability to view or watch the

customers of my users web session during a transaction.

 

I have been searching & have found RDP & Remote Desktop as a possible

solution but am not sure. If anyone has any experience in this then please

direct me to the right location if this can be done... or at least tell me

not in RDP/Remote Desktop.
