PC will not go beyond SAFE MODE screen

Hi All

My PC will not go beyond the screen that says windows did not start successfully. I have tried to start in all options SAFE MODE, START NORMALLY etc. It just beeps and starts the process again. Any advise would be very much appreciated Pedro

Have you tried popping the CMOS battery out?

what did you last do before this happened ??

any help or further explanation will help
