Hanging application Winword.exe

Hi there,

 

I have an terminal server Cluster on Windows 2003 ent.

On all the Terminal servers i have installed Office 2003 Standaard, with

full options.

 

I get several error messages in the event viewer at all the terminal servers:

Error: Application hang

Category 101

Event id: 1002

 

Hanging application WINWORD.EXE, version 11.0.8169.0, hang module hungapp,

version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

 

I have installed the latest service packs and updates for Office and Windows.

 

I have also installed UPHclean for unloading the users profiles.

 

Please help.

Hello,

This doesn't sound like it is a TS specific issue. You may want ot try

posting more details to an Office newsgroup OR calling Product Support.
