Hi

does anyone know the fix for users doubleclicking on a file, and then

have the appropriate application launch? (E.G. doubleclick on PDF and

have adobe open?) This behaviour currently doesn't happen.

Thanks!

Check your folder options in Windows explorer.

RE: Double clicking document won't launch application

Your problem is that there is no file association with the file you double

click. Or the user who double click the file has no access to start the

associated program.

You can change this in the Windows Explorer by Tools -> Folder Options ->

File Type tab.

It’s getting more difficult when the user is somebody else.
