security update download fail KB943460

The Security Update for Windows XP (KB943460) is the only update that failes

to download on all clients(Windows XP proefssional SP2) . The server edition

of the update is also failing to download(windows 2003 standard edition). I

do not have URL scan anywhere. However I manually downloaded this update on

my computer(XP Pro SP2) from microsoft website and it worked fine. In WSUS it

reads download failed 0x80244019 under status. Any solutions? Suggestions?

Is it a bug in WSUS?
