Workstation authentication

Recommended Posts

My server is a Windows 2K3 Server Enterprise. We have another Windows 2K3

DC.

Why is it that when I reboot my server that I cannot gain access to other

workstations using Remote Access? As soon as the server boots up, I have

immediate access. I assumed that the other DC would handle authentication

when the primary server is offline.

Thanks

Hello ChuckN,

Both computers are DC's, i assume. Make both Global catalog and DNS server.

Configure the clients to use both as DNS server.
