I'll be giving a couple of mp3 players as gifts for Christmas, but I want to

upgrade the firmware first, since the kids are not really into that sort of

thing. I'll be doing it from a Windows computer - does it matter that they

run Macs? Note that after they get these they may elect to download the

"MediaSource" program from Creative (supported by both OS's), which

interacts with the player.
