Need DRIVER DETECTIVE

Years ago I downloaded and installed a shareware called "Driver

Detective". Back then it was from a company called Monkeysoft.

I'm not quite sure how I got a registered version after all these

years. The version I have is 2.0.13. I just decided to upgrade the

program and was prepared to pay the cost because I have been having

some driver problems that need to be fixed. I ended up going to

http://www.drivershq.com. I assume this company either took over, or

changed their name. (I dont see any history on their site). I was

ready to download the trial when I noticed it said will not work with

Win98, or anything below Win2K. They do not have any of their older

versions available on this site. The current version is 6.x.

 

Does anyone have a newer version of the demo or the full version that

still works for Win98? I am assuming there is a newer one than 2.0

that still worked for 98. I went to olderversion.com but it's not

there. Anyone know where to download it?

The file name for the installer of Driver Detective 2.0 was dd32v20.exe

 

There are three download locations listed here, that work:

http://www.filewatcher.com/m/dd32v20.exe.2029568.0.0.html

 

Be sure to scan for viruses after download, before opening.
