remote log on monitoring

WE had had a number of staff leave the company some of which had remote

access to the server.

 

their accounts have been deleted, but we are suspecting they may still have

access to the server.

 

they had a vpn connection to the server and possibly a remote desktop

connection to run a specific database.

 

I have to presume that cause the usename had been deleted there is no way

they can get access unless they have the administrator password or another

employees details

 

If i do change the administrator password will this cause any other

problems, we run std server 2003 and a seperate exchange 2003 server

 

can i generate any reports from my server to show when users (mainly remote

users) log on and off the server and also show any outlook web access usage

as well.
