player problem

hello there people i was wondering if anybody could help ? my problem is in youtube or skysports player my computer will not display it correctly. eg - when i watch any video or news it gives me a small square display instead of the full rectangular display, i have been told by techguys its a software issue but they will not help anymore than giving me a 0906 helpline number .any help would be great .

Just a thought here but go to your windows media player and under tools and performance make sure that your video acceleration is set to full.
