WSUS questions (WSUS 2.0 to WSUS 3.0)

Hi all,

 

I have a WSUS 2.0 server running on an SQL 2000 server install specs as

follows:

 

OS: windows 2003

WSUS: 2.0

SQL ver: Full sql 2000 standard

 

 

I am noticing that the report on the front page that says xxx number of

machines have not checked in in 30 days or more. is not correct, cuz when I

go to the listing and check the last checked in date most are within 30

days. one of the suggestions was to upgrade to WSUS 3.0? as its something I

should do anyways.

 

whats the upgrade path from wsus 2.0 with sql 2k to WSUS 3.0?
