DC (win32) to DC (64Bit)

We are planning to purchase a second domain controller for our single domain

company. My question is can I run a Windows 2003 64 bit domain controller

with a Windows 2003 32 bit domain controller ?

Our plan is to eventually decommission our 32bit DC and just have our 64bit

DC. Any issues with migration between the two?

Thanks

Nick

Found it.

EXPERT RESPONSE

32-bit and 64- bit domain controllers can co-exist without issues. However,

you will need to re-run the Active Directory preparation tool adprep, using

the version from the 64-bit media, before introducing your first 64-bit

domain controller.
