Computer Management

I have 300 pc's broken up in various OU's broken down by geography. I would

like to access the properties of each machine, "managed by" tab and assign

someone rights to manage those pc's.

 

The question is can this be done in one fell-swoop or faster than right

clicking each individual pc?
