Configuring IAS as an accounting server for Cisco VPN access devices?

Can anyone point me in the direction of some good documentation for how

to set up a Windows 2003 Server IAS server to act as a logging server

for a Cisco VPN 3005 Concentrator? I want to use IAS to keep a log of

when users log on/off of VPN.
