Password never expired

Hi, all

 

We have a user whose password in AD is set to never expired. However, it did

expire. Is there anyway to find out how it got expired?

I checked both In the group policy and the domain security policy for the

password policy, both were set as 0 pwd rememberd, 0 max pwd age, 0 days min

pwd age.
