duplicate files

when i try to save something i get duplicate files one will be whay i was viewing the other file shows all the art work and icons to make up the file for instance if i saved pc help the file would show separate pic's like lines box's icons all the words that make up the page i hope i described the problem correctly .

The problem seems to be that you have no problem. :) What you describe if I got it right is perfectly normal.

 

As long as one of the files shows the entire page all is well. If you remove the file (folder) containing the graphics you will notice that the remaining file is little more than text.
