Printer queue sometimes hangs

Hi,

 

I have a terminal servers 2003 and sometimes the printing queue of the

HP 1022n hangs.

 

When the user gives a print job one paper comes out and the rest

hangs.

When I turn of the printer and disconnect the power cable and

reconnect it after a few seconds it works fine for a few weeks.

It seems like I have to reset the printer sometimes.

Nothing is found in the event viewer.

 

Anyone know where to look.

 

Sorry if I am in the wrong group, I don't know if it's a printer or a

server problem.
