As you can see from the print screen I have something called Port1 [for the Digital Copier]. http://www.box.net/shared/l7xl9vmcgl However, when I go to the other server and try to configure that same printer - I cant find any place where I can input Port 1. http://www.box.net/shared/dyiyteryks can someone please help? thanks,

I have tried to printing directly to the IP - somehow the printer still appears offline. If you see the 2nd print screen carefully you'd see that it still appears offline. When I click configure port - it doesnt even allow me. Can you help please. thanks

Any messages in event viewer around the same time? Any services set to start up automatically that are not started?
