Hi all can some body help me since installing a programme on my computer it fires up but will not go to desk top tried safe mode just the same problem a big thanks in advance

Hi

 

Can you give us some more details:

 

What did you install?

Where exactly does it stop? By the welcome screen or does it go past that?

Can you press Alt+Ctrl+Delete to bring up the task manager?

If you can bring up the task manager

click on the Applications tab and click on new task then type explorer.exe
