Printing the output from a form

I have seen so many different approaches to printing. I am at this point taking the data and printing a tag for the skid showing what is on the skid for organizational reasons. Trouble is that I am not finding the correct snippet in order to get the form I have created with the data to print.

Even though this is a simple proc I have seen it done many ways and none do what I need done. Any comments regarding the accomplishment of this task is much appreciated.
