Block Access to Outlook Express

I want to either totally block access to Outlook Express or force a specific

email account configuration. Is that possible when running Windows 2003 R2

with Temrinal Services?

Group Policy can restrict the software your users are allowed to use - you

might post in m.p.windows.group_policy for more help.
