I have never had more terrible customer service in all my life! I have been contact Microsoft for literally 1.5yrs regarding a computer I purchase online and today I was hung up twice once by a supervisor who asked for my name and proceeded to tell how much it's my fault and that I should have call sooner. Despite my history of calling and my history of complaining that the computer does not work properly (again I've been calling since the initial purchase). I even call the manufacturer who basically said that because the product was not purchased through them directly a refund is not an option and an exchange is not an option either do to the warranty has now expired.

 

 

I really feel robbed. I purchased a defective computer from your company and literally no one has made real effort to resolve the issue nor gave any helpful suggestion except for maybe one and that's a stretch. I've gotten attitude, I've gotten hung up and I've gotten redirected and transferred. I've gone into the store most recently only to be retuned my computer were it didn't turn on and when it finally did after 3 hard shutoff/ restarts then computer eventually moved passed the logo page only to tell me that a restart was needed. AAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I could literally take a hammer to it, throw it out a car window onto train tracks and only hope it catches fire because this is ridiculous.

 

Anyone else feel Microsoft rapped....
