On 07/13/2017 08:00 AM after powering on pc using Windows 7 OS, "system reconfiguring" message for updates from 07/12/2017 PM followed minutes later by "system reconfiguration failure" message. Only way to access system was to re-start pc, use key F11 "system restore" using previous 07/09/2017 date. Power failure during storm later on 07/13/2017 , "system reconfiguring" followed by "system reconfiguration failure" etc. same results. It appears "Windows Update" has crashed my computer. While keeping in mind I am obviously technically challenged, where do I go from here?
