Windows 10 does not show Bluetooth memory devices in Portable Devices

My HP EliteBook running Windows 7 sees my Nokia cell phones, that have WWAN in then, via Bluetooth in Device Manager as Modems and as Portable Devices since they have SD memory chips in them. In Windows 10 the cell phones do not appear in the Portable Devices node of the Device Manager, the cell phones only appear in the Modems node. WHY?
