Latest Windows 10 Upgrade Edge will not open

After downloading the latest windows 10 upgrade, I tried going onto the internet. Edge opened briefly showing the typical white screen while loading, but then keeps closing itself down. I don't appear to have issues with other browsers or with other Microsoft products. I've tried running "sfc /scannow" through Adm Command Prompt but shows no corrupt files.

 

 

Any suggestion?
